FAQ
How should I prepare for my home massage?
Please ensure you set aside ample space for our massage mattress ( 2.5m x 1.5m) in a comfortable space in your home.
What do you bring for the massage service?
We bring everything you need to enjoy a massage at home. Floor massage mattress, linens, Aveda massage oil, disposable underwear, music, essential oil.
Can the massage be performed on my own bed?
Only CALMING MASSAGE can be performed on your own bed as it is a gentle soothing massage.
How much time do you need for set up?
We only require ten minutes for setup and packing up our equipment. If this is your first time having a home massage with us, please allow another five minutes for client consultation. The setup, client consultation and packing times are not part of the treatment duration.
Can additional services be added on the day of the appointment?
We will do our best to accommodate additional services based on availability during the appointment.
What is your procedure if the client is late?
Our massage therapist are scheduled according to the time required for the spa treatment booked. When a client is late we do our best to accommodate them. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee the full service if the client is late.

Upon confirmation of service, you are be required to make a full deposit payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel or postpone your home spa appointment, please inform us via telephone, WhatsApp or text message at least three hours before your appointment time. Otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is payable; full charge if therapist has already arrived.
