If you are unable to arrive on time, we may advice you to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure we do not rush through your service or caused a delay to the subsequent appointments. We seek your kind patience and kind understanding.

PRICES

All our prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to the prevailing 8% goods and services tax. 

Prices are correct at the time of printing and subject to change without prior notice.

REFUNDS

All purchases are non-refundable.

TIPPING

Tipping is not expected at Trimmings. However, if you'd like to show your appreciation you can offer a tip after your session. It can also be included in your credit card bill. 

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation.

Discussing any issues ahead of your visit will prevent disappointment on the day. Staff can customise treatments to make them suitable, or book an alternative treatment for you.

GIFT VOUCHER

Gift vouchers are available for purchase at our front desk (Hard Copy Voucher) and online (Digital Voucher) Vouchers are sold in demolition of $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $300 and $500. They can be utilized at all our locations for service or product. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

VALUABLES

All guests are reminded that they are responsible for their own property and belongings. Trimmings Salon & Spa shall not be responsible for, and shall not assume any liability for any damage or loss to the property and/or belongings of any guest, however caused, including our negligence or otherwise.

SPA CANCELLATION POLICY

We seek your kind understanding on our policy pertaining to cancellation of appointments.

If you must reschedule or cancel any appointments , please notify us 4 hours in advance.

Repeated Last Minute Cancellations or No-Shows may result in collection of 100% payments before we can confirm your future appointments.

There will be a reminder email to all customers one day before the appointment. 

Kindly inform us at least 4 hours before your appointment, after which it will be considered as a Last Minute Cancellation

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair / nail / spa service, you may come back to us within 7 days from your appointment date.
