This was the best haircut experience I've had in Singapore! As an expat, it has been hard for me to find someone who gives great color and cut and not bankrupt me in the process. Jeion at Tudor Court did a PHENOMENAL job of cutting my hair exactly as I wanted, and the service beforehand (head massage, oil, scalp brushing) made the experience even better. Highly recommend Jeion and won't go anywhere else!
