How often should I refresh my hair colour?
The ideal timing depends on your chosen colour service, your natural regrowth and your desired level of maintenance. Your stylist can recommend a suitable maintenance schedule.
Can I colour my hair after a NanoSmooth™ treatment?
We recommend waiting 2 weeks after NanoSmooth™ before a full colour service. Some basic colour services, such as certain grey-covering colours, may be possible during the same appointment depending on the hair and colour required. Your stylist will advise you.
Do you offer ammonia-free hair colour?
Yes. We offer both ammonia and ammonia-free colour options. Your stylist can recommend the most suitable option based on your hair, colour needs and desired result.
How do you care for clients with a sensitive scalp?
If you have a sensitive scalp, please let us know before your colour service. Where appropriate, we can apply a scalp protector to help provide an additional layer of comfort during the colour application.
Every colour service also includes a complimentary Salon Scalp Treatment, applied at the basin after your colour to help cleanse and care for the scalp.
