Spa Etiquette & Policies
Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth and relaxed start to your service.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid rushing your service or delaying other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
Nail & Facial Treatment Rooms
To maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly ask that mobile phones be switched off and voices kept at a spa volume.
Prices
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to the prevailing 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Prices are correct at the time of publication and may change without prior notice.
Refunds
All services and product purchases are non-refundable.
Tipping
Tipping is not expected. However, should you wish to show appreciation, gratuities may be given directly or added to your credit card payment.
Health Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of booking so we may tailor your treatment safely and appropriately.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available both in-salon and online in denominations of
$25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $300, and $500.
Vouchers are valid for one (1) year and may be redeemed at any Trimmings Salon & Spa location for services or products.
Valuables
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Trimmings Salon & Spa cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations within 6 hours or missed appointments will be recorded.
After three (3) no-shows or late cancellations within a year, a deposit will be required for future bookings.
Thank you for respecting our team's time and other clients' appointments.
Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we may address your concerns.

To support fairness and consistency, the following surcharge guidelines apply to appointments booked outside regular operating hours.

Surcharge applies once booked
Once confirmed, the surcharge applies regardless of arrival time or no-show, as staff are scheduled in advance.Advance payment required

Early and after-hours appointments are not guaranteed and depend on staff availability.
Early Appointment Surcharge
7:00 am – 7:29 am → $150
7:30 am – 8:29 am → $90
8:30 am – 8:59 am → $30
After Business Hours Surcharge
Up to 30 minutes after closing → $30
Up to 1 hour after closing → $90
Up to 1.5 hours after closing → $150
